Announcement National Institute of Development Administration On Expression of Intention to Attend The 45th Graduation Ceremony

The National Institute of Development Administration is hosting its 45th graduation ceremony for master’ s and doctor’ s level graduates at His Majesty the King’s 6th Cycle Birthday Anniversary Auditorium Hall of the National Institute of Development Administration on Monday 6th January B. E. 2568. The details are as follows:

  1. Being graduates as approved by the Council to graduate between 17th October B.E. 2566 to 1st October B.E. 2567.
    1.1 The list of graduates can be found at http://edserv.nida.ac.th.
    1.2 The expression of intention to attend the graduation ceremony may
    be done online at http://reg.nida.ac.th starting from now to 15th November B.E.
    2567.
    1.3 The graduation fee of 1,000 baht may be paid using the payment form
    of the Institute (available on the website) via the following channels:
  • Any branch of Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited
  • Any Counter Service
  • Credit Card/Debit Card
  • Internet Banking (Scan a QR Code or a Barcode)
    (Transaction fees are subject to the rate of each channel)
    However, graduates are required to be free of any obligations such as
    student status maintenance fee, study loan, return of library books or they may not
    be eligible to attend the graduation ceremony.

1.4 Graduates may check the list of those attending the graduation ceremony at the education division of the School they graduate from starting from 22nd November B.E. 2567 onward.

2. Pregnant graduates wishing to attend this graduation ceremony shall not be more than 7 months pregnant on the date of the graduation ceremony. After the intention to attend the graduation is expressed and the graduation fee is paid, a medical certification shall be submitted to their school.

3. In case of an unexpected event leading to graduates being unable to attend the graduation ceremony on this occasion, they may request to defer their attendance to the next graduation ceremony.

3.1 Unexpected events shall be in accordance with the criteria of the announcement of the Institute as follows:

    • Graduates are due to give birth.
    • Graduates have an accident or suddenly fall ill.
    • Graduates’ father or mother dies.
    • Graduates who are studying or working in a foreign country.
    • Other unexpected events shall be considered case by case by the
      President.

    3.2 Graduates may request to defer their graduation ceremony at their school
    by presenting evidences for consideration. The Institute may defer the graduation
    ceremony for not more than 2 occasions consecutively. As for the request to defer
    the graduation ceremony due to an unexpected event, the first one shall be in the
    year scheduled by the Institute to allow the graduates to attend the graduation
    ceremony. Those who fail to request the deferral of the scheduled graduation
    ceremony shall not be eligible to defer and attend the graduation ceremony.

    For graduates who do not wish to attend the graduation ceremony on
    this occasion, graduation certificates may be collected, upon payment of the
    graduation certification fee and being free of obligations starting from 8 th January
    B.E. 2568 onward.
    3.3 Graduates may lodge the request along with accompanying documents
    to defer the graduation ceremony starting from now to 20th December B.E. 2567.
    3.4 Graduation ceremony deferral fee is 2,000 baht per deferral.

    1. For graduates who do not wish to attend the graduation ceremony on this occasion, graduation certificates may be collected, upon payment of the graduation certification fee and being free of obligations starting from 8 th January B.E. 2568 onward.
